Attitude, a willingness to see things on the positive side, whatever the circumstances or events. "It's true, we don't always choose what happens to us in life, what falls on us. But we can always choose the attitude with which we will face these challenges."

Passion, essential when you want to go all the way and achieve your dreams. "When I started, my means were very limited, my results not so conclusive. But I had a passion for this sport and a clear vision of what I wanted to accomplish: I was going to become the best in the world. I just had to go faster!"

Finally, determination, the one that allows you to work tirelessly with the conviction that this is the price you pay to obtain the desired results. “Coming to Beijing, my plan was simple: be in control of everything you could control…and be prepared for everything you couldn’t!”

n an increasingly complex world, leaders and the people we support are often faced with situations where solutions appear contradictory. As coaches, we also encounter paradoxes in the relationship with our clients.

But how can we help our clients (and ourselves) navigate these tensions?

This interactive workshop invites you to explore how the paradoxical mindset can enrich your coaching practice. You will discover how to move from a solution-seeking posture to an approach that creates possibilities.

You will discover how to create spaces for emergence and leave with concrete ideas for integrating this approach into your practice. Because it is by learning to embrace paradoxes rather than resolve them that we pave the way for lasting and meaningful change, both for ourselves and for those we support.

  • identify suitable AI tools to enhance coaching practice
  • explore scenarios where AI supports personal and professional growth
  • reflect on the ethical issues and limitations of using AI in a coaching context

Demonstration and round table: Dive into this collective, interactive and inspiring workshop to reflect and refresh your coaching. Initiated by Mireille Bouffard, who has been guiding a team of experienced and passionate coaches for 4 years who deepen and integrate the tools of motivational interviewing (MI) in coaching, with a diverse clientele.

The workshop will open with a live demonstration of coaching applying the spirit and tools of MI, followed by a dynamic round table where coaches will share their discoveries and the concrete impacts of these practices validated by science. These exchanges will highlight the evolution of their thinking regarding posture and skills.

Participants will be invited to explore this approach in coaching as a lever for sustainable development. The emphasis will be on the evocation of change discourses and in-depth reflections, as tools and skills to strengthen client engagement, motivation and confidence. Come and discover how MI in coaching stimulates conversations that predict change.

Coaches work in an environment where they accompany their clients through complex and often emotionally charged situations, while maintaining a presence, clarity of thought and openness to issues that can sometimes clash with their own values. Their role requires attentive listening, genuine benevolence and the ability to rapidly resolve ethical dilemmas, the impact of which can be significant.

Yet, science tends to show that our cognitive and emotional biases, often unconscious, can alter our discernment and impair our impartiality, benevolence and empathy towards clients. This interactive workshop explores the impact of unconscious biases on both our posture and our professional decisions. It proposes strategies for mitigating their effects, reinforcing impartiality and aligning our coaching practices with our ethical principles, to accompany clients with integrity, benevolence and fairness.

This workshop will offer participants the opportunity to explore the 23 skills of the Inner Development Goals (IDG) and develop deep listening, both in themselves and in others. Through practical tools and a group discussion, participants will explore their feelings and reflect on how to integrate these skills into their coaching practice.

The proposed experience will allow them to live a moment of listening and sharing in a space of trust and safety. The main exercise will focus on the practice of listening and speaking safely, while introducing a framework that facilitates awareness of systemic issues. This workshop aims to enrich the skills of coaches, by strengthening their ability to support their clients in significant transformations.

The role of Resilience Watcher is divided into three stages: awareness, assessment and support. Each stage will be demonstrated.

The concepts of daily adversity as well as crisis adversity will be illustrated in terms of rebound behaviors that are required to deal with this type of turbulence. Case studies at the individual, team and resilient leadership levels will be proposed.

The predisposition to rebound will be analyzed using the typology of "the dandelion child" and "the orchid child".

A method of analyzing organizational energy will be explained in relation to resilience.

The concept of MEANING and resilience will be highlighted.

The notion of mental overload will be explained and related to the phenomena of: BURN OUT, BORE OUT, BROWN OUT.

An elliptical circuit of a resilience path will be proposed and enriched with the developmental phases associated with it.

Presented by Drs. Nicolò Francesco Bernardi and Jim Gaven

Recent advances in the neuroscience of emotion, particularly the Theory of Constructed Emotions pioneered by Professor Lisa Feldman-Barrett, challenge long-standing assumptions about emotions and their universal patterns. These insights reveal limitations in the traditional “triune brain” model often applied in coaching, which positions emotions as automatic, ancient forces in opposition to reason. This presentation introduces an innovative coaching tool grounded in the latest neuroscience.

Designed to help clients explore, deconstruct, and reconstruct emotions, the tool aligns body sensations, emotion meanings, and functions to unlock energy for action. Attendees will gain an overview of state-of-the-art emotion neuroscience and engage in an experiential practice of this technique. By peeling away layers of emotional meaning and reconstructing them with renewed awareness, this approach enriches emotional processing in services of client goals. Participants will leave equipped with a novel, practical tool to integrate into their coaching practice.

This workshop is intended for PCCs who wish to explore the meaning that an approach to becoming an MCC would take for them.

With the changing context of clients and future expectations of an MCC as a backdrop, we offer you a time for discussion between professionals, personal reflections and sharing. What does the MCC mean to you? What would trigger the impulse in you to start this development process rather than another? Are your answers to these questions still the right ones?

We offer you this time for reflection and sharing in all authenticity, sharing with you our own thoughts and questions on the path we are also taking in order to be the professional our clients need in these times of change.

If you choose to join us, please begin your reflection by watching the following podcast: “REC-COACH” on the art of evolving as a coach.
